How can an order be placed?

You can place an order by contacting us or by submitting it directly on the website. After you have placed your order, we will first confirm it. Then you will receive an order confirmation and the corresponding invoice from us.

When will the invoice be sent?

You will receive your invoice after your order has been confirmed. If any information is missing, such as your VAT number, we will first contact you to complete and correctly prepare the invoice.

What are the delivery times for the products?

The delivery time depends on the product. If the item is in stock, we can usually ship it within the same week. If the product is not in stock, we will specify the expected delivery time in the order confirmation.

Does Inlux Robotics have showrooms?

Yes, we have showrooms in several countries. On the contact page, you will find more information about these locations. You are warmly welcome to visit our showroom, where we demonstrate our cobots and are happy to discuss your automation application with you.

When will an order be shipped?

The order confirmation shows the expected shipping date from our warehouse.

  • Orders within the EU and the United Kingdom are shipped from the Netherlands (EU with DHL, UK with FedEx).
  • Orders in New Zealand are shipped locally from New Zealand.
  • Orders in Australia are shipped locally from Australia.
How is an order shipped?

Accessories and smaller parts are shipped in a box. Larger shipments, such as cobots, are delivered on a pallet. We ensure that everything is shipped carefully, safely, and insured.

To which countries does Inlux Robotics deliver?

We deliver throughout Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Would you like to place an order outside these regions? Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Which Incoterms does Inlux Robotics use for deliveries?

Shipments are delivered by default under DAP terms. This means that you, as the recipient, are responsible for any import duties and VAT.

Within the EU, there are no additional import duties or VAT, as these are intra-community deliveries. However, it is necessary for us to receive a valid VAT number from you for this.

Does Inlux Robotics offer integration services?

Yes, in addition to supplying cobots, we also support full integration. Together with our partners, we carry out projects of varying size and complexity, from start to finish.

Does Inlux Robotics offer engineering services?

In addition to full integration, we can also handle partial tasks for you, where you carry out part of the project yourself. We support you flexibly, to the extent that works best for you, from a complete project to a specific partial assignment.

Does Inlux Robotics offer aftersales support?

Yes, as a distributor of Fairino and other brands, we offer extensive aftersales support. This means that we are authorized to perform repairs on Fairino cobots and that we have spare parts in stock.

In addition, we have extensive knowledge and experience, allowing us to assist you with all your questions about the software, hardware, and integration of the cobot.
